Uedu Community Grants

全球研究者國際發表補助

本計畫由 Educational Omics Lab 主辦, 以 Uedu 平台 為主要學術實踐載體。

Uedu Community Grants

一、目的

擴大 Uedu 平台之學術交流影響力、鼓勵全球研究者將 Uedu 納入學術討論。

二、資金來源

國立中央大學校務基金「優學院(Uedu)學術研究發表與推廣」指定用途捐款支持。

三、申請資格

不限國籍、不限身份(大學生、研究生、博士後、教師、獨立研究者皆可),論文經國際研討會正式接受,且符合以下全部條件:

  1. Short paper 或 full paper,收錄於具 DOI 之國際會議論文集
  2. 會議屬於 Uedu 認可之國際研討會(白名單:A 級、B 級,見 會議白名單
  3. 論文內容與教育科技、學習分析、AI 輔助教學、生理感知學習、教育資料基礎設施等主題相關
  4. 論文 Acknowledgement 明確註記「Supported by Uedu Community Grant」,並至少一處在論文正文、方法論或延伸討論中提及 Uedu 平台(https://uedu.tw)作為工具、平台或參考案例
  5. 申請人須實際出席該會議並完成論文報告

四、獎勵金額

會議層級金額
國際研討會(白名單 A 或 B 級)NT$ 5,000

由 NCU 校務基金撥款,依受款人身份可能有稅務處理。

五、應繳交文件

會議結束後 60 日內繳交:

  1. 接受通知與論文 PDF
  2. 論文 DOI 連結
  3. Acknowledgement 截圖
  4. 會議報到證明或現場報告照片
  5. 200 字中英文短文,說明本研究與 Uedu 或 Educational Omics Lab 研究方向之關聯(將公開展示於 Community Grant Recipients 頁面)

六、年度上限

依捐款狀況調整,先申請先審核至年度預算用罄為止。每人每年度至多申請一件。

七、審核機制

由 Educational Omics Lab 主持人審核。論文品質、會議層級、Uedu 相關性綜合判斷。本計畫保留所有審核之最終決定權。

八、其他

本計畫得視捐款狀況與實施情形隨時修正。

Uedu Community Grants — Full Terms

1. Purpose

To expand the academic reach of the Uedu platform and encourage researchers worldwide to include Uedu in scholarly discourse.

2. Funding Source

Supported by designated donations to the National Central University (NCU) Endowment Fund under the purpose "Uedu Academic Research Publication and Promotion."

3. Eligibility

Open to all nationalities and roles (undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and independent researchers). The paper must be formally accepted by an international conference and meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Short paper or full paper published in conference proceedings with a DOI.
  2. The conference is on the Uedu Approved Conference List (Tier A or Tier B; see Venue Whitelist).
  3. The paper's topic is related to educational technology, learning analytics, AI-assisted teaching, physiological-aware learning, or educational data infrastructure.
  4. The paper's Acknowledgement explicitly states "Supported by Uedu Community Grant," and at least one passage in the main text, methodology, or extended discussion mentions the Uedu platform (https://uedu.tw) as a tool, platform, or reference case.
  5. The applicant must attend the conference in person and deliver the paper presentation.

4. Award Amount

Disbursed from the NCU Endowment Fund. Tax treatment may vary depending on the recipient's status.

5. Required Submissions

Within 60 days after the conference concludes:

  1. Acceptance notification and paper PDF
  2. Paper DOI link
  3. Screenshot of the Acknowledgement section
  4. Proof of conference registration or on-site presentation photo
  5. A 200-word bilingual (Chinese/English) statement describing how the research relates to Uedu or the Educational Omics Lab's research direction (to be publicly displayed on the Community Grant Recipients page)

6. Annual Limit

Subject to donation availability; applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis until the annual budget is exhausted. Each person may apply for at most one award per year.

7. Review Process

Reviewed by the Educational Omics Lab's principal investigator. Evaluation considers paper quality, conference tier, and relevance to Uedu. The program reserves all final decision rights.

8. Miscellaneous

This program may be revised at any time based on donation status and implementation outcomes.
